Commission
The platform keeps 15% of the booking amount. The remainder is paid out to the car owner after the trip is completed.
No deposit
No security deposit is required to book and no money is blocked on your card. The car is protected by insurance, by identity verification of both sides, and by the two-sided rating.
Insurance
Every booking is insured. The partnership with the insurer is covered by a separate agreement.
Communication inside the platform
Phone numbers and links in chat are hidden automatically. Wedding car owners are the exception and may publish their number.
Cancellation
Both the renter and the owner may cancel before the trip starts, at no penalty.
